Marvin Kropp

I began as a Teamster membership in 1978 working at E.I.S Brake Parts Warehouse. In 1979 I was elected as shop steward before being appointed as a Business Agent for the Local in March of 1985. In 1998 along with my duties as Business Agent I was elected by the membership to serve as Union Trustee.

In October of 2001, I was elected by the membership as Recording Secretary. In 2005 I was appointed to serve as Vice President. In 2008 I was elected to serve as President of Teamsters Local 618. In 2009 I was appointed by the Local 618 Executive Board to serve as Secretary Treasurer / Chief Principal Officer.

I have represented just about every industry of Teamsters Local 618 since 1985 and have loved the challenge to assist our members in every aspect of my tenure as a Officer of this great Local. I take great pride in my service to the members of Local 618 and I'm always willing to help any member if possible.
