After over 50 years of service and dedication to the Teamsters Union , Teamsters International Secretary Treasurer Tom Keegel has retired. Secretary Treasurer Keegel was honored in his hometown Joint Council and Local 120 in Minnesota. Teamsters Local 618 presented Brother Keegel a plaque for all his hard work and dedication to the Teamsters Union. Over 500 guests was present at the retirement celebration. It was a true testament to Tom's service to this great Union stated Joint Council 13 President Marvin Kropp who also is the Principal Officer of Local 618. Teamster leaders from across the country and Canada showed there appreciation to Secretary Treasurer Keegel for over his 50 years of service. Several speakers including General President Hoffa and newly elected IBT Secretary Treasurer Hall participated in the ceremonies.
